$85,000+ per year DOE BJ's Bingo & Gaming is seeking an experienced consultant for Internal Restaurants. This position is responsible for overseeing all Front of House and Back of House operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor control, guest service, food quality, sanitation, and event execution. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can create structure, hold teams accountable, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and employees. This role will be a consultant position focused on coming in and implementing processes for the team. The consultant will lead daily restaurant operations, manage the FOH Manager and Chef/Kitchen Manager, and ensure the team is delivering an exceptional guest experience every day. This role is also responsible for developing systems and procedures, maintaining compliance with company and health department standards, coordinating events, and partnering with leadership to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Ensure high standards for guest service and food quality Coordinate and execute events and special functions Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards Create and implement training materials, checklists, and operating procedures Work closely with restaurant and company leadership to support business goals

Requirements:

5+ years of restaurant general management experience required Experience overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Hospitality, gaming, or tribal enterprise experience preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license Must have or be able to obtain a Washington State Food Handler Permit and MAST 12 Permit Apply today to join the team at BJ's Bingo & Gaming and help lead restaurant operations.
