- > Line Cook Job Summary We are looking for an ambitious person to be our Back of House Shift Lead!
Line:
Salad, Fryer, Grill, Sautee, Pizza Oven, and Dessert Ensure all Food Safety practices are followed, as defined by the Pacific County Health Department Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by Back of House Manager, including regular cleaning of Kitchen Equipment, Coolers, and work spaces, and ensuring all opening/closing procedures are completed Be a team player with good communication skills Be patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure Work with BoH Manager and F&B Director to continue to develop the skills of the Line and help hold the team accountable to our practices and standards Permission to Play Values These values represent the essential, non-negotiable behavioral standards required for every member of our team: Kindness- at the heart of our interactions is showing empathy, warmth, and thoughtfulness to make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
