In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department within one of our Distribution Centers. You will lead and manage a team of associates, ensuring that they adhere to safety protocols, meet targets, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Tesla supervisor will be an integral part of our leadership team, working to maintain a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and quality. What You'll Do Lead, motivate and coach a team of associates to achieve daily performance and quality targets. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Ensure efficient and accurate order processing, packing, shipping, receiving and stocking Monitor and optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce quality errors Investigate and address quality issues and downstream customer escalations Utilize KPIs and data to evaluate team and individual performance.
