Manages budget for food supplies, equipment and staff; hires and trains staff; monitors food safety procedures. May plan menus or work with chefs or dieticians to plan menus. Works in a school, hospital, nursing home or other institution.

Job Description
Wage Notice:
Wage range includes tips; Base hourly rate offered is determined on previous management experience. What we offer;- NO late nights (stores close no later than 10 pm)
- NO early mornings (typically 8 am is earliest with possible exception on major sales days)
- CLOSED major holidays to spend time with family and friends
- NO hot fryers, grills or ovens!
- Paid vacation after one year in position
- Medical and Dental benefits available to eligible employees after 90 days of employment

- Starting wage range $17.50-$24 per hour(including tips)
- 45 hour standard work week for Store Managers which means an automatically approved 5 hours of overtime per week at 1.5 times hourly rate What we are looking for;

- Previous experience in fast food or full service restaurant
- Ability to work fast and efficiently, modeling a sense of urgency at all times
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- AMAZING customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all customers, vendors and coworkers
- Ability to calmly and professionally handle customer complaints
- Supplies orders and inventory management, monitoring and achieving food cost goals
- Hiring, training, scheduling and labor management, monitoring and achieving labor goals
- Monitoring and ensuring break laws are followed
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to run store errands as needed and attend virtual and/or in person company meetings or training events
- Must have basic computer skills, knowledge of Word/Excel and Google drive helpful
- Ability to count money, balance tills and change fund
- Ability to learn all positions and cover in any capacity as necessary
- Willingness to assist at other locations occasionally
- Availability to work any shift including closing, weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
