Village Concepts of Sedro Woolley, Country Meadow Village is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director who is energetic, enthusiastic and passionate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our residents and staff through exceptional dining experiences. Experience in a senior living environment is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Deliver a meaningful and enjoyable dining experience for residents, staff, and guests. Manage food procurement, preparation, and service while maintaining budget controls for food, supplies, and labor. Maintain sanitation of all food service areas, ensuring proper inventory management and product rotation. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served according to company standards and health code requirements. Actively participate in cooking tasks three days a week. Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise the dining services team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Regularly engage with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a positive, supportive approach Ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States Ability to successfully pass a DSHS background check Possession of a valid food handler's permit Proficiency in using computers and related systems What's in it for you: Pay ranging from $30-$35/ per hour,
DOE Schedule:
