Residential & Commercial Remodeling:

Kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, additions, and layout reconfigurations.

Tenant Improvements & Commercial Upgrades:

Multi-tenant maintenance, office build-outs, and facility upgrades.

Drywall & Surface Prep:

Hang, tape, mud, texture matching, patch repair, and seamless blending.

Interior & Exterior Painting:

Professional surface prep, priming, staining, and painting.

Carpentry & Framing:

Structural framing, baseboards, crown molding, doors, casing, trim work, and exterior siding repairs.

Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance:

Troubleshooting, fixture replacement, minor leaks, smoke detector replacement, light electrical/plumbing repairs, and swap-outs.

Facilities Maintenance & Handyman Work:

General repairs, property maintenance, hardware installation, and multi-trade troubleshooting.

Project Management & LEAN Principles:

Clean workspace maintenance, efficient material planning, project scheduling, and daily progress communication. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality construction, remodeling, and repair work across residential and commercial jobsites. Conduct daily jobsite planning to minimize downtime, eliminate material waste (LEAN construction practices), and maintain project schedules. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces at all times. Interact directly with clients, property managers, and team members with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. Lead on-site execution, mentor junior tradespeople, and perform final walkthroughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of verifiable hands-on construction, remodeling, and maintenance experience. Master-level proficiency across 95%+ of our listed service offerings. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Complete set of standard hand and power tools for everyday jobsite needs. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead subcontractors, team members, and client expectations on site. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
