We are seeking a energetic, optimistic, and talented shift leader to join our Swanky Crew. As a Shift Lead at Swanky Scoop, you will be responsible for the food, service area maintenance, front of house staff, and customers during your shift. Shift leaders show a high level of multi-tasking, generous customer service, food safety, and a consistent high- energy. You will report to the Store Manager and Owner and be an integral part of the team. This position is for our Woodinville location (Woodin Creek Village). Seeking part or full time, with weekday and weekend shifts. Hours lean towards afternoon/evenings.

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive and assist with their orders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers leave satisfied and happy! Manage the POS system, handling cash, card payments, and balancing the till at the beginning and end of your shift. Open and/or close the store, including preparing the store for the day, locking up at the end of the shift. Oversee staff (scoopers) during your shift, assigning tasks (waffle cone making, scooping, cleaning, etc.) and providing support and guidance as required. Scooping and preparing ice cream menu items, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and are presented attractively. Maintain a clean and tidy store, including cleaning dishes, tables, chairs, floors, and equipment. Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed, including food hygiene, and maintaining a safe work environment. Lead:

Minimum age 18, preferably 21+ Available nights and weekends. Previous experience in a food handling, customer service and/or hospitality role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 25-30 lbs (2.5 gallon tubs of ice cream), and carry out repetitive scooping motions. Loves ice cream, samples many flavors, and is committed to the customer's positive experience. Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift.
