Job Overview Shift Leaders at Nona are responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff in a fast-paced restaurant and retail environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our smoothie and coffee bar offerings while fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers. Starting pay for a full time (30-40 hr) shift leader is $17/hr, plus a tip share, that averages $4-7/hr. Starting pay for a part time (20-30 hr) shift leader is $15/hr, plus a tip share, that averages $4-7/hr. Hiring Shift Leaders at all locations. Availability at multiple locations is appreciated. Shift Leaders must work a minimum of 20 hours per week and have some weekend availability. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Assist in training new employees on policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor food preparation and presentation standards to maintain quality and consistency. Enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant to ensure a safe dining experience. Collaborate with management to implement promotional events and marketing strategies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift. Skills Experience leading a team. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
