Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Bilingual Sanitation Crew Leader to join our team on the first shift. Duties Lead and supervise a team of sanitation workers, providing clear instructions and support to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for industrial, commercial, and custodial spaces, including laundry and hospitality areas Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and sanitation standards during cleaning operations Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish to promote teamwork and resolve issues promptly Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance Experience Proven experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on sanitation management Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in custodial services or janitorial roles Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices Demonstrated ability to manage staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate teams toward common goals Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to staff Experience working in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams Join us as a Bilingual Sanitation Crew Leader and lead our team toward maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness while fostering a safe and positive work environment.
