As a Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job, but you should have solid math skills and at least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries. The position is a developmental role that puts you on the path to becoming a Restaurant General Manager and overseeing your own restaurant location. Assistant Restaurant Managers must be at least 18 years old. Uniforms are provided, and benefits are available based on tenure. In addition to management responsibilities, Assistant Restaurant Managers may perform other duties or tasks in the restaurant. And, of course, you'll have to follow company policies and procedures.
