As a key member of our hospitality team, you will lead food preparation, manage kitchen staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain efficient kitchen workflows. Your leadership will inspire excellence in food quality, team collaboration, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and inventory tracking. Familiarity with food safety management practices, including HACCP standards and proper food handling procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, perform basic math calculations, and handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills for team training, managerial communication, and customer interactions. Experience in fine dining, casual dining, catering, or hotel food service is highly desirable.
