KITCHEN SHIFT LEADER POSITION

•Minimum 1-2 years line cook experience, supervisory experience preferred Looking for a candidate who: Has great communications skills; enjoys working on a team Pays close attention to detail Can supervise a small team and delegate tasks effectively Is able to do repetitive tasks consistently and accurately Maintains a clean and orderly kitchen, including washing dishes Understands food safety Is comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen Prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness Is able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for 6+ hours at a time

SCHEDULE

Currently looking to fill 5 shifts/week, for a total of 30-35 hrs/week (hours can increase during summertime) Typical shifts are: Open = 8am-3:30pm or Close = 3pm-10pm (We are CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays) Must have some weekend availability

COMPENSATION
