General responsibilities for this position are preparing food items to specification, maintaining cleanliness in your station, good communication with FOH and BOH staff, and stocking. We have can be flexible in availability with Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evening availability required. We are looking for someone with previous BOH experience who cares about food and is a good multitasker. We also need someone who has leadership experience who can direct a team, oversee a variety of aspects of the busy kitchen, and helping with the shift flow. We make everything from scratch, using fresh/quality ingredients, including our tortillas! Our BOH team is primarily Spanish speaking so basic Spanish and English conversation skills are preferred. Our BOH is part of a tip pool so someone who is a team player with good communication is a needed. Tips average $4

•6/hr in addition to your base wage, and are part of the listed compensation.
