Duties Lead and supervise the food service team to ensure efficient meal preparation, presentation, and delivery. Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, including food safety management and health code standards. Oversee food production processes, including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control to optimize resources. Maintain accurate records using electronic health records (EHR) systems for dietary documentation and patient assessments. Skills Proven experience in food service management within an institutional setting such as school, college, or healthcare facility Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, food safety management, and compliance standards. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for managing dietary records and care plans. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing food service teams and supervising staff members. Budget management expertise to oversee food production costs while maintaining high-quality service.
