Job Description

Group Travel Coordinator Bilingual:
English & Chinese (Professional/Native; Must be able to speak, read & write )
Location:
San Gabriel, California We are an American based Tour Operating Company that hosts and organizes groups coming inbound from Asia. Our company culture is team-oriented (cooperative and collaborative) and aggressive (competitive and growth-oriented) •Will train on the job during probation period (around 3 months).

$22/hour
After Probation Period:
Full Time Salary:
$45,000 - $65,000 (Based on performance & capabilities)
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (Native/Professional level) Experience with communicating with vendors and negotiating deals Team player that can thrive in a fast paced environment (small team) Able to work independently/effectively on tight timetables, under pressure Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data input Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required Coordinating events or event planning experience is desired Experience in the travel industry or travel coordination is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates/policies Effective data entry (maintaining accuracy and consistency of data) Communicate and respond to internal inquiries on assigned projects Ensure timely completion of data-related tasks and reports Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly Schedule (Full Time/In-Person): Monday to Friday Day shift (9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch break)
