Opal Opportunities Management is expanding our Telecom campaign and is hiring full-time Entry Level Telecom Agent to help customers discover faster internet and home entertainment solutions. As an Entry Level Telecom Agent, you'll speak with customers face-to-face, learn about their internet and entertainment needs, and introduce Frontier services that fit their household. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Telecom Agent Connect with customers in person and provide friendly, professional service. Learn about customer needs and recommend Frontier Fiber internet and TV solutions that fit their lifestyle. Explain available products, promotions, and service options clearly and informatively. Guide customers through the enrollment process and ensure all information is completed accurately. Build positive relationships with customers while delivering an excellent experience. Stay informed on Frontier products, promotions, and sales techniques through ongoing training. Work with your fellow Entry Level Telecom Agent to achieve individual and company goals. Qualifications of the Entry Level Telecom Agent High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment. Reliable, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed as part of a team.

Pay:

$48,917.45 - $58,911.34 per year
