Position Overview The Travel Field Representative serves as the primary on-site representative for Bezerra Vend Co. In this role, you will travel to pre-scheduled client appointments to conduct site assessments, collect project information, document locations, and facilitate the execution of service agreements. This position requires a unique blend of professionalism, organization, independence, and customer-facing communication skills. You will be trusted to represent the company in the field, ensure all required information is collected accurately, and help move projects smoothly from consultation to implementation. What You'll Do Field Inspections & Site Visits Travel to scheduled client locations throughout assigned territories Conduct comprehensive site assessments and inspections Verify site conditions and project requirements Gather critical information necessary for service implementation Data Collection & Documentation Take accurate measurements and site dimensions Capture professional-quality photographs of project locations Document site conditions and technical requirements Ensure all information collected is complete and accurate Contract Execution Present final service agreements to clients Review project details and contract information Facilitate digital and physical contract execution Ensure all required signatures and documentation are properly completed Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities Upload photos, measurements, reports, and executed agreements promptly Maintain accurate records within company systems Submit completed documentation according to company standards Ensure project files remain organized and up-to-date Travel & Logistics Coordination Manage personal travel schedules efficiently Coordinate transportation and appointment timelines Maintain professionalism while traveling and representing the company Adhere to appointment schedules and project deadlines What We're Looking For Professional Attributes Self-motivated and dependable Strong attention to detail Organized and process-oriented Professional and polished demeanor Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to represent the company professionally in all client interactions Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable interacting with clients face-to-face Ability to explain information clearly and professionally Strong customer service mindset Technical Skills Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications Comfortable taking professional-quality photographs Familiarity with digital documentation and electronic signatures Ability to learn company software and reporting systems Work Style Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities Strong time management skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and travel demands Qualifications Previous field service, inspection, sales, project coordination, or customer-facing experience preferred Experience managing travel schedules is a plus Valid driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Ability to travel extensively by air and ground transportation Travel Requirements This position requires frequent travel throughout various regions.
