Job Description

Travel Coordinator Insight Global is seeking to hire a Travel Coordinator to support a federal aviation program onsite in Frederick, MD five days a week. This individual will work closely with engineering teams to coordinate and book travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while ensuring all arrangements meet government compliance standards. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting travel authorization and expense documentation for approval prior to travel, supporting a structured and multi-layered approval process common in FAA programs. The ideal candidate will have experience using Costpoint (Deltek) and SAP Concur for travel booking and expense tracking, and will bring strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment supporting technical teams on a large federal contract.

Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, administrative support, or expense management Hands-on experience with Costpoint (Deltek) for expense reporting and approvals Experience using SAP Concur for booking travel and managing expenses Proven ability to coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for multiple individuals Experience preparing and submitting travel authorization and expense documentation for approval, ideally in a government or highly regulated environment Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with structured approval processes Ability to work onsite in Frederick, MD five days per week Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
