Position Description You will serve as a Government Travel Specialist in the Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), of
COMFLTREADCEN.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide a full range of travel related support to the
COMFRC HQ
(and other FRC enterprise travelers as necessary) community. You will serve as the Command Subject Matter Expert for travel issues and will assist the Command by performing audits as requested to ensure Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance. You will examine new or proposed travel policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation and assesses impact to the travel program. You will provide full support to travelers with the Defense Travel System (DTS) application to include the creation, completion and routing of travel documents.
