This is a hands-on opportunity designed for driven individuals who want to build real skills through real experience. You'll gain firsthand exposure to client interactions, property showings, and the day-to-day rhythm of a high-performing team. Responsibilities Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly meeting cadence Qualifications You MUST have an active real estate license to be considered for this role.
