Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Coordinate comprehensive travel plans including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities using reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) Communicate proactively with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and special requests for each trip Manage travel schedules efficiently by organizing itineraries that align with clients' goals and deadlines Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering expert travel advice Maintain organized records of all bookings, confirmations, and client interactions for easy access and follow-up Collaborate with hotel partners and service providers to secure accommodations that meet quality standards and client expectations Stay updated on industry trends, travel restrictions, and new reservation tools to enhance service delivery Experience Proven experience in the travel industry or a related hospitality field with a focus on travel planning and reservations Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred Experience working in a remote sales environment or customer service role is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent client communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented approach Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards to ensure quality accommodations for clients Demonstrated ability to utilize reservation systems and reservation management tools effectively Join us as a Travel Coordinator and become an essential part of delivering unforgettable journeys!
