Key Responsibilities Client Consultation :
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. Provide expert advice and tailor itineraries to exceed expectations.Itinerary Planning :
Design customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, activities, and dining. Ensure all elements align with clients' desires for a luxury experienceVendor Relations :
Build and maintain strong partnerships with luxury hotels, tour operators, and travel providers. Negotiate contracts and secure exclusive benefits for clients.Booking Management :
Coordinate all aspects of travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and seamless execution.Customer Service :
Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire travel process. Address concerns promptly and professionally.Market Awareness :
Stay informed on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive offers. Attend industry events to expand knowledge and connections.Sales & Marketing Support :
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote luxury travel packages. Contribute to campaigns and work toward achieving weekly and monthly sales goals.Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury travel planning or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. Proficiency in travel booking systems and software (Amadeus / Sabre preferred). Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations and experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Sales-oriented mindset with ability to upsell and cross-sell travel experiences.Benefits:
