What you'll do As an Online Travel Agent, you'll be an essential member of our Customer Journey team, ensuring smooth and stress-free bookings for travelers.
Responsibilities include:
Processing reservations: Complete and finalize bookings by accurately booking and entering flights, hotels, transfers, and additional services, ensuring all components are confirmed and correctly documented.
Managing booking modifications:
Process modifications, including flight and hotel changes or partial cancellations, while ensuring all adjustments are accurate and pricing details are calculated and clearly communicated.
Booking correspondence:
Issue cancellation confirmations and provide flight or hotel alternatives when needed, ensuring accurate and timely communication of booking updates. What you'll bring An associate's degree (or comparable work experience); Interest in the travel industry or relevant industry experience; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset; Proficiency in data entry; Fluency in written and spoken English; Strong numerical skills, with a working knowledge of Excel; Willingness to learn and grow.
