Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen operations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs seamlessly Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards in the food industry Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for supporting food prep or handling tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values hospitality excellence!
