Join our dynamic team as a Remote Cruise Specialist , where you will help clients design and book dream cruises and vacations from anywhere in the world. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals passionate about travel and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with researching destinations, cruises, travel packages, and activities. Provide recommendations and guidance based on client preferences and budgets. Coordinate travel logistics, cruises, excursions, and special requests. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the booking process. Manage records accurately and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish. Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance the travel planning process. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
