  • Spanish Required Part-Time | Flexible | Boston, MA / Mostly Remote Events by Naim / Boston Private Guide is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Tour Operations & Client Services Coordinator to support our growing tourism and events business.
The position will initially focus on the daily operation of our walking tours, with the opportunity for the right candidate to take on additional responsibilities involving private tours, client services, group coordination, and event planning . Responsibilities Monitor reservations, cancellations, and booking changes. Send welcome and reminder messages to customers through WhatsApp and booking platforms. Communicate professionally with customers in Spanish and English. Coordinate tour guide schedules and availability. Handle last-minute changes and help resolve customer or guide issues. Monitor attendance, no-shows, and post-tour information. Assist with private-tour reservations, itineraries, and client communication. As the role develops, assist with group programs, transportation, vendors, and event logistics. Qualifications Native Spanish speaker required. Strong professional English, written and spoken. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Strong customer-service skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, and online booking systems. Experience in tourism, hospitality, hotels, travel, guest services, operations, or event planning is strongly preferred. Schedule & Compensation This is initially a part-time, flexible position . Daily tour administration generally requires approximately 1-2 hours , with opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities as the role develops. Compensation is flexible and will be based on experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility. We are particularly interested in finding someone who wants to take ownership of the role, contribute ideas, and grow with the company.
