This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, sales, relationship building, and helping clients create memorable international cruise vacations. This opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, base pay plus sales-based bonus potential, international travel opportunities, and room for growth within a supportive, customer-focused team environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, confident speaking with customers, and excited to recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, excursions, and travel packages that match each client's needs and budget. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international cruise vacations. Recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, packages, excursions, and related travel options based on client preferences and budgets. Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and online throughout the booking process. Manage reservations, payments, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel documentation. Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business. Stay current on cruise promotions, destination information, travel requirements, and industry trends. Compensation and Benefits $30 per hour. Temp-to-hire opportunity. Hybrid work schedule.
