Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent
- International Cruise for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Laguna Niguel, CA.
- Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international cruise vacations.
- Recommend cruise lines, destinations, cabins, packages, excursions, and related travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and online throughout the booking process.
- Manage reservations, payments, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales and repeat business.
- Stay current on cruise promotions, destination information, travel requirements, and industry trends. Compensation and Benefits
- $30 per hour.

- Plan and book international cruise vacations for customers.
- Manage cruise reservations, payments, changes, cancellations, and travel documents.
- Recommend travel packages, excursions, cabins, and cruise options based on customer needs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in travel, cruise, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and online.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings at once.
- Excellent attention to detail when handling itineraries, reservations, payments, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while meeting sales and customer service goals.
- Passion for travel and confidence recommending and selling travel options. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cruise travel sales experience.
- Familiarity with international cruise itineraries, destinations, cruise lines, and excursion options.
- Experience working in a commission, bonus, or sales-goal-driven environment.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and generate repeat travel bookings.
