Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tour Booking Agent and become the vital link between travelers and unforgettable experiences! In this energetic role, you will leverage your passion for travel and exceptional customer service skills to help our owners and guests attend a preview tour at our sales center. Responsibilities Engage with guests providing face-to-face customer service and book them to preview our sales center by offering incentives Conduct compelling product demos to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs Build and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service Negotiate deals effectively to meet or exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams on product training, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning for enterprise selling Requirements Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service in a production based role Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through location management Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client tracking and analysis Ability to deliver engaging product demos with technical accuracy and clarity Exceptional organizational skills paired with analytical thinking for strategic decision-making Flexibility to work any day of the week and a flex schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Weekends and Holidays.
