Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to confirm bookings, answer questions, and provide ongoing support throughout their trip planning process. Stay updated on the latest trends in the travel industry and maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel experiences and hospitality standards worldwide. Qualifications Proven experience working in a remote sales environment or customer service role within the travel industry. Strong familiarity with reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently. Demonstrated ability in travel planning, including scheduling flights, accommodations, and activities across various destinations. Exceptional client communication skills—friendly, clear, professional, and attentive to detail. Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable.
