Job Description

Job Summary Join VPTA's growing dynamic team as an Administrative Office Support. In this energetic role, you will provide assistance with office support and assist with travel arrangements that prioritize efficient, program-compliant, safe travel plans. Training will be provided. Opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Collaborate with office staff and clients assisting with program-compliant travel plans within allowable guidelines. Assisting with the coordination of all aspects of medical travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transfers, and all associated covered services to ensure accuracy and accountability. Maintain clear communication with clients, hospitals, clinics, hotels, airlines, and transportation providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Offer exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and supporting clients throughout their entire journey. Requirements Required skills include written and oral communication, proactive listening skills, documentation management, time management, and the ability to shift in a fast-paced work environment and build rapport with diverse clients and partner organizations. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, travel experience a plus. Organization, research, and documentation skills are required. A proactive attitude with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think independently to handle unexpected challenges efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel regulations.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
