Flexiable Scope Processing Quality Coordinator CER Travel

Overview We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Quality Coordinator for a 26-week consulting assignment in Vermont. This role focuses on hands-on education, quality oversight, and compliance related to flexible endoscope reprocessing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on, real-time education aligned with established standard work Conduct competency validation for staff involved in flexible endoscope reprocessing Perform a facility Quality Program Audit and develop a tailored Action Plan Provide weekly reporting, including KPIs, snapshots, and action plan updates Lead compliance-based education and competency activities across all shifts Review policies and procedures, ensure MIFU alignment, and recommend updates Support staff recognition and professional development initiatives

Contract Details:

$2,800 per week All travel expenses paid (housing, travel, per diem) 26-week assignment Full-time, on-site

Requirements:

CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor) - REQUIRED Strong background in endoscopy and flexible scope reprocessing Quality, compliance, or educator experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills
