What are we looking for? Someone who is energetic, passionate about people, and doesn't mind a little hard work. This person would ideally have a background in customer service, be energetic, and work well with people. Schedule flexibility (up to 20 hours per week) and the ability to work weekday mornings is a must. What does a day look like in this position? This person will wear many hats, but most importantly, make sure that our guests have a world class experience. Guest Services Associates are responsible for many things including, but not limited to: Leading field trip groups through the Museum Selling tickets/memberships Selling and stocking merchandise in the Museum Store Answering telephones and directing calls as necessary We are all part of the same team and we all pitch in when there is work to be done.
