Job Overview Join our lively team at the Uptown Greater Sedona Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center! Enjoy working part-time in tourism in beautiful red rock country! Customer service role with weekend and open/close availability required. (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) Share your knowledge of Sedona's hiking trails, dining spots and attractions Staff position requires Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Connect with people from around the globe in a dynamic environment! Contact Victoria at 928-282-7890 X 415 Duties Greet visitors warmly and provide accurate information about local hiking trails, attractions, events and amenities Assist visitors with inquiries regarding accommodations, dining options, outdoor activities and transportation Open and close the visitor center according to standard operating procedures Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise sales Resolve concerns or conflicts promptly with professionalism and empathy Promote upcoming events, tours, or activities to enhance visitor engagement Support community outreach efforts by representing the visitor center at local events Requirements Proven experience in customer service, guest services, hospitality or tourism roles Good to extensive knowledge of the Red Rock Trail district Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality and outdoor recreation.
