  • Contract Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to create a live guidebook for guests visiting the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sharing information about our attractions, history, and culture while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing insightful commentary, answering questions, and creating a magical, unforgettable experience!

Responsibilities Conduct informative and entertaining tours for diverse groups of visitors. Creating a Digital Guidebook for future visitors Share historical facts, stories, and anecdotes to enhance the guest experience. Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour durations while allowing for guest interaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural practices to enrich the tour experience. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement from guests. Collaborate with team members to improve tour offerings and guest satisfaction. Requirements Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a knack for managing group dynamics effectively. Previous experience in customer service or teaching is a plus. Strong time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule. A passion for history, culture, or the specific subject matter related to the tours offered. Ability to adapt communication style based on audience needs and preferences.
