Overview Join the Stanley Chocolate Factory as a Tour Guide and become the face of memorable travel experiences! In this vibrant role, you'll lead groups through the history of chocolate and chocolate making. Your enthusiasm, leadership, and exceptional communication skills will inspire travelers and create lasting memories. Pay is $18/hour plus tips! Responsibilities Share compelling stories, historical facts, and cultural insights to enrich visitors' understanding of the destination Manage group logistics, including timing, safety protocols, and crowd control to ensure smooth operations Answer questions confidently and provide personalized assistance to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with team members to prepare tour materials and ensure all equipment is in excellent condition Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while handling multiple groups and dynamic situations Requirements Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience guiding or teaching groups in a lively setting Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Effective time management to adhere to tour schedules while maintaining flexibility for unexpected situations Clear communication skills to convey information accurately and enthusiastically Prior experience in teaching, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate This paid (plus tips) opportunity invites energetic individuals eager to share their passion for travel while delivering exceptional experiences.
