Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, informative tours that turn visitors into fans of D.C. Learn and confidently deliver every tour in our lineup — we'll train you every step of the way Adapt on the fly to different group sizes, ages, and energy levels Represent our company with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Work at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) each week, with flexible availability during the week

Requirements:

A passion for history, storytelling, and hospitality. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Ability to adapt to various group sizes and dynamics. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Availability to work a minimum of four tours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
