We are looking for enthusiastic, independent, and knowledgeable Spanish-speaking Walking Tour Guides to join our team in Washington DC . This is a free tour-based collaboration , similar to a franchise model: we take care of marketing, visibility, and customer acquisition — you focus on delivering unforgettable tours and share a commission with us for each participant we bring.

Tips-based - commission model What You'll Do Lead engaging and entertaining free walking tours in Spanish around Washington DC. Bring history to life through stories, anecdotes, and local insights. Create a memorable and high-quality experience for every guest. Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and authenticity. Offer helpful recommendations to visitors about the city. What We're Looking For Fluent Spanish required; other languages are a plus. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Passion for history, culture, and storytelling. Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working as an independent guide under a commission-based model.
