Cedar Key, FL About the Job Cedar Key Golf Cart Tours is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, outgoing person to join our team part-time. Our guests visit Cedar Key from throughout Florida and beyond, and our goal is to give them a fun, welcoming and memorable experience while introducing them to what makes Cedar Key such a special place. This isn't a typical desk job. You'll interact directly with visitors, help provide an excellent guest experience, and potentially lead guests around Cedar Key aboard one of our golf carts. We're more interested in finding the right personality than someone with previous tour-guide experience. We can teach you about the tours and Cedar Key — we're looking for someone who's reliable, personable and genuinely enjoys talking with people. What You'll Do Welcome and interact with tour guests Help guests have a fun, memorable Cedar Key experience Learn our tour routes, local history, stories and points of interest Conduct golf cart tours after completing training Safely operate a golf cart around Cedar Key Answer basic questions about Cedar Key and the surrounding area Help keep golf carts clean and ready for guests Assist with basic guest and tour operations as needed Represent Cedar Key Golf Cart Tours in a friendly and professional manner We're Looking for Someone Who Is Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with groups of people Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Able to learn and remember local history, stories and tour information Patient and helpful with visitors Comfortable driving and operating a golf cart safely Willing to work a flexible part-time schedule Available for some weekend shifts Able to reliably get to work in Cedar Key Knowledge of Cedar Key is a plus, but not required . We'll provide training. Compensation $15.00 per hour + tips Tour guides have the opportunity to earn additional income through guest tips. Why Work With Us?
