Job Description

Join the Team at One of St. Augustine's Top Attractions! The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team! If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, have a love of history and want to work in a fun, welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you! This is a part-time, 16-hour-per-week position with required availability on Fridays and Saturdays (8-hour shifts) .

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Assist with tour admissions and merchandise sales in the museum shop. Help maintain the museum through light cleaning, daily walk-throughs, and general upkeep. Assist with special events, research projects, and other museum initiatives as needed. Learn the fascinating history of our 228+ year-old museum and provide guided tours to visitors. Work evening hours during the month of October for our popular Mortality & Mourning Tours .

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during busy days, while also staying motivated during slower seasons. Dependable, flexible, and available to work throughout the summer and holiday seasons. Eager to learn and passionate about sharing history with guests. Why Join Our Team?
