Job Description

Key Responsibilites
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public by greeting and providing visitors with information on the site, programs, trails, flora, fauna, history, and recreation of the park.
  • Conduct guided hikes, wildlife observations, and nature walks. Provide interpretive talks and presentations on various environmental topics.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate special events and programs.
  • Ensure the safety of visitors during programs and activities.
  • Turtle and snake care. Maintain and care for live animal exhibit, including feeding and cleaning as needed.
  • Develop and distribute educational and public relations materials such as flyers, brochures, and program calendars.
  • Provide routine maintenance and upkeep of park facilities. A

  • Strong passion for nature, conservation, and environmental education
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with visitors of all ages and backgrounds
  • Effective communication skills to convey information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Time management skills to effectively plan and organize programs and activities
  • Leadership abilities to guide groups during hikes and activities
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse audiences
  • Public speaking skills to confidently present information to large groups
