POSITION STATEMENT
Provide leadership, supervision and organization of the activity team and carry out the objectives of the program. Help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and an increased level of self-esteem.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate aptitude for performing identified tasks Exhibit high moral values and be able to serve as a favorable example to young people Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruct team members on activity Conduct team meetings and practices Register team members for tournament/competition Keep parents and team members informed of scheduled practices Inform team members of district rules and procedures
