installs industrial resin flooring inside food processing plants for Fortune 500 clients (JBS, Smithfield, Tyson, Cargill, Perdue). We work shutdown windows nationwide. We are growing fast and building new crews, and we are hiring two foremen to run them. Flooring experience is NOT required. We train the technical system in 4-8 weeks. We are hiring leaders. If you have run crews in concrete, roofing, waterproofing, restoration, industrial maintenance, or any hands-on construction trade, you can learn our floors. What we cannot teach is taking command of a jobsite.

The job:

We hand you 4-8 workers, equipment, materials, a scope, a customer, and a deadline. You organize the job, control labor, solve problems, keep quality tight, communicate with the customer, and finish. You work hands-on with your crew. This is not a clipboard position. What the work is actually like: We work inside operating food plants, mostly during weekend and overnight shutdown windows. It is physical, hands-on work under real deadlines: surface prep, concrete repair, and installing fast-setting floor systems that must be finished before the plant restarts. Conditions include wet areas, cold rooms, hot rooms, and strict food-safety and safety protocols. Some jobs run through the night. If you have worked shutdowns, outages, or plant maintenance windows, you know this world. The plant reopens Monday morning whether the floor is done or not. Our foremen make sure it's done.

How we operate:

We run written systems most companies our size don't have: a published pay ladder, photo-based quality control, installer certification, and documented job standards. You'll run a real system, not chaos.

Pay and benefits:

$35-$40/hr based on leadership experience, 1.5x OT after 40 Typical 40-50 hr weeks, $100K+ realistic annual earnings 30-hour weekly minimum guarantee Drive time paid Performance bonuses (quality, safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction) Up to $5,000 signing/relocation for exceptional candidates $75/night per diem, hotels fully paid, all travel expenses covered Company credit card and phone, company vehicle once proven Health, dental, vision, 10 days PTO, 1.5x holiday pay

Schedule:

Traveling position. Common rotation is mobilize Friday, work Saturday and half of Sunday, home Sunday night or Monday. Weekday projects too. You must genuinely accept frequent overnight travel and irregular shutdown schedules.

Foreman to Senior Foreman to Operations Leadership. We are a growing company adding crews. You get real authority and ownership of results here, not a number inside a big outfit.

We want:

proven crew leadership, ownership of outcomes, coachability, accountability, reliability. CDL Class A strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain one. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

How we hire:

Short application, phone screen, then a paid working day on one of our crews. We pay you $400-$500 to run a Saturday with us, see our systems, and we both decide fast. No drawn-out committee process.
