Job Description/Responsibilities:
Join the team that brings the story of Sazerac to life by creating memorable experiences for every visitor to the Sazerac House. As an Experience Ambassador, you'll engage guests through tours, tastings, and interactive exhibits while sharing your passion for hospitality and our iconic brands. This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, support special events, and help create lasting impressions in one of New Orleans' premier visitor destinations. What You'll Do Deliver engaging tours, tastings, and exceptional service that create memorable guest experiences and encourage repeat visits. Maintain exhibit spaces and sampling stations by ensuring they are clean, organized, stocked, and operating efficiently. Educate visitors on featured brands, products, and gift shop offerings while supporting sales opportunities and special events. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations, assist with training, and help continuously improve the visitor experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, food & beverage, retail, or other guest-facing roles (such as bartender, tour guide, concierge, docent, brand ambassador, or restaurant front-of-house). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Must be at least 21 years of age and available to work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours. Preferred Bachelor's degree. Experience in the wine & spirits, hospitality, tourism, or attractions industry. Experience working with VIP guests, group tours, or special events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
