Ghost City Tours , the World's #1 Ghost Tour Company, is looking for licensed Salem Tour Guides to join our incredible team of storytellers. Whether you're looking for extra income or want to make guiding your full-time gig, we'd love to meet you! Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Guides! Already licensed? We'll reward you for bringing your experience! $350 Sign-On Bonus $175 after 30 days $175 after 60 days To receive each bonus installment, guides must: Maintain an active Salem Tour Guide License Remain employed and in good standing Have no call-outs or no-shows Maintain an average guest rating of 4.7 stars or higher Why Ghost City Tours? Excellent Pay Our guides average $60+ per tour with tips —and most tours are only about 90 minutes long! Flexible Scheduling Perfect as a side hustle or a full-time opportunity. Opportunities for Advancement Outstanding guides can become Guide Trainers , earning higher pay and even opportunities to travel to help launch and train guides in other Ghost City locations across the country.
