Team Building Facilitator Join our mission of providing life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities! As a Team Building Facilitator, you'll lead groups through high ropes courses, climbing activities, and team-building challenges that build confidence, communication, and trust. You'll spend your days outdoors helping participants grow while creating meaningful experiences for children and adults with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Safely lead and supervise team-building and challenge course activities Facilitate group discussions and debriefs that encourage reflection and growth Set up, inspect, maintain, and store program equipment Communicate effectively with participants and fellow staff members Operate tools and equipment as needed Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive experience for participants of all abilities What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about helping others succeed.
Ideal candidates will:
Be at least 18 years old Be available for required training August 24-28, 2026, and at least one weekday per week (8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM) thereafter Be comfortable with heights and physical activity Be willing to work at Camp Friendship and Camp Courage, with occasional travel to Camp Eden Wood as needed Have the ability to guide groups through challenges and encourage teamwork Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Successfully pass a background check No Experience?
No Problem! Previous facilitation or ropes course experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.
