Job Description

Job Summary:
Help lead Monday through Thursday tours of the Hmong Cultural Center Museum! Position reports to the Director of Programs at Hmong Cultural Center.
Responsibilities:
Leading of Monday-Thursday prescheduled group tours to the museum. Helping visitors at the museum front desk and with museum admissions and gift shop sales from 10 AM - 4 PM Monday through Thursday Assisting in the Maintenance of a museum group tour schedule on Google Docs Assisting with Targeted outreach to K12 schools and University Social Sciences and Education programs throughout the Twin Cities area. Other Museum-related projects as assigned by supervisor
General Hmong Cultural Center Outreach Activities Qualifications:
Familiarity with and Interest in Hmong Culture and History Strong Communications and Public Relations Skills Strong Aptitude in Interacting with the Public including with Persons of Different Age groups and Ethnic and Racial and Socioeconomic backgrounds.
Hours:
24 Hours a Week, 10 AM - 4 PM Monday through Thursday Please note that the continuation of this position after June 30, 2027 will be dependent upon the availability of grant funding.
