At Truth Traveler , we deliver a one-of-a-kind, immersive 5D virtual reality experience that takes guests on a thrilling journey through pivotal moments in Biblical history. Combining cutting-edge technology with powerful storytelling, our attraction is designed to engage and inspire visitors. As a key part of this experience, the Crew Members play an essential role in providing an excelent guest experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

Employees must be over the age of 16 at time of hire. Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Comfortable using technology, including VR equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues as needed. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Comfortable working with guests of all ages and backgrounds. Flexible availabitity, Must be available nights, weekends, and a minimum of one Sunday morning a month.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods of time. Ability to assist guests in and out of VR pods and adjust VR equipment as needed. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds for cleaning and maintaining VR equipment.

Truth Traveler offers a dynamic, customer-facing environment, interacting directly with guests while operating VR equipment or interacting with guests in a high-energy, customer focused retail environment. This role requires the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, especially during peak times like weekends, holidays, and special events. High-energy, fun, and immersive atmosphere with opportunities to perform and entertain.
