Ensure the safety of all participants by conducting pre-tour safety briefings, demonstrating proper paddling techniques, and monitoring conditions throughout excursions. Manage tour groups effectively, including coordinating group logistics, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and addressing guest questions promptly. Assist guests with equipment fitting, safety gear checks, and providing instruction tailored to varying skill levels. Enforce safety protocols and wilderness safety standards; respond swiftly to emergencies with CPR or first aid as needed. Maintain accurate records of tour activities, guest attendance, and safety checks; prepare reports on daily operations. Foster rapport with guests by utilizing multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
