Discovery Dream School is Hiring! Discovery Dream School is looking for a full-time Infant Teacher to join our team!
Position Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Includes a one-hour break each day Experience is welcome but not required because we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is loving, patient, dependable, and excited to learn how to care for and support infants in a nurturing classroom environment. What We Offer Starting pay:
$15/hour 80 total hours of PTO per year — 40 hours of sick time — 40 hours of vacation time Option to roll over up to one unused week each year Paid week off for Christmas every year Paid training and hands-on support Opportunity for a raise after 60-90 days , if eligible Are you tired of only having 40 hours of PTO a year? Raises are considered after 60-90 days based on reliability, attendance, willingness to learn, understanding of job duties, and overall classroom performance.
